Celadon offers its company OTR drivers up to 4 weeks of paid vacation per year.
Drivers get paid $1,000 for each week off they earn, and the best part is drivers have the opportunity to either take their week off, or can keep on running. Whatever you choose, you’ll get paid! You’re not going to find a vacation package like this anywhere else in the industry, and our current drivers love it.
Celadon increased driver pay across the board at the beginning of 2018!
Company OTR drivers can start out making up to $.50/mi, owner operators can pick from 2 great percentage pay packages, and team drivers can make up to $.60/mi (split).
Drivers at Celadon have the opportunity to earn a variety of different bonuses when they join our team.
Company drivers are eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus (paid out in their first year), a $500 transition bonus, $0.01/mi raise every 120,000 miles, and more! Company team drivers at Celadon are eligible for a $16,000 first-year bonus (split).
Owner ops who choose to partner with Celadon are eligible for $4,500 in transition pay to help make the switch to a new career easier!
Recent CDL grads are eligible for tuition reimbursement, up to $7,000!
