After being out on the road for 2 weeks of driving, you will earn 2 days of home time. With the new vacation packages, company solo drivers earn 1 week of paid vacation for every 30k miles you drive and company teams earn 1 week of paid vacation every 60k team miles. All company drivers have the option of cashing out that vacation time if you want and continue to drive!
Yes, Celadon drivers are allowed to take their trucks home.
Yes, for company drivers your driver manager will assign fuel stops on your route.
Most trucks are equipped with inverters, however, not all trucks have them.
Yes, all Celadon trucks are equipped with APUs.
The trucks are not equipped with either, but you can have the equipment installed.
Scanners are not provided on the truck, but Celadon’s free app for drivers, FleetWire, features document scanning features powered by Pegasus TransTech. You can scan, store and submit all of your documents right from the cab! Ask a recruiter for more details.
Yes, if you have a rider with you, they must be your spouse or your child. Children must have permission from both parents and must be 12 years of age. We will need their ID and birth certificate.
Both company drivers and lease purchase drivers are allowed to have a non aggressive pet in their trucks. Contact a recruiter for complete details!

We do look at each applicant’s criminal background, and every application is taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
On average our company drivers run 2,500 miles per week. With that amount of miles you will make about $850 a week before taxes.

As soon as you arrive, call our dormitory at 844-289-2776, Option 6 > Option 2. They will arrange your transportation to the Celadon campus.
Orientation will take place at Celadon headquarters and lasts for 2.5 days.

Yes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals are provided on the Celadon campus at no cost to you.
A Training Coordinator will pre-plan you with a trainer during your first week of class. If you have a trainer in mind, let the Training team know and they will do their best to make it work.
