In Celadon’s continued efforts to improve its drivers’ experiences, benefits, and more, the Expedited Teams division is excited to an announce a NEW $16,000 First-Year Sign-On Bonus, and a restructuring to its current bonus package.

Celadon Teams New Sign-On Bonus

Celadon’s newest incentive for team drivers is its $16,000 First-Year Sign-On Bonus! Paid out $2,000 per driver every 50,000 miles, this totals out to an extra $8,000 in a team driver’s first year with Celadon. It’s just one way for us to thank you, our drivers, for your commitment and hard work.

Why wait 4 or 5 years to receive a seemingly huge sign-on bonus with other carriers when you can get one with Celadon in your first year on the job?

Better yet, this doesn’t take place of our company paid vacation package. Teams are still eligible for 1 week of paid vacation, paid out at $1,000 (per driver) every 60,000 miles. Choose to take the vacation or keep on running, but you get paid either way.

Altogether, each team can earn up to $24,000 in bonuses in just their first year on the road with Celadon!

Utilization Bonus Restructure

Now, team drivers need to hit 18,000 miles in a month to reach its maximum bonus package. Drivers had to previously reach 21,000 miles to reach their maximum utilization bonus payout. We want our teams to hit their bonus quicker so they can earn even more!
