We heard your complaints and we have made a big change for you, our drivers. Starting the first week of July, we partnered with Master Fleet to offer a new road maintenance program. There is no change in the process whatsoever, but drivers can expect much shorter phone hold times, quicker shop turnaround, and a smoother customer service experience.
Master Fleet is a company dedicated to road maintenance and has proven success with several other major carriers. In addition to their experience and expertise, we decided to partner with Master Fleet because they offered a seamless transition for drivers. So far we have seen just that, with no major issues or inconveniences!
CUSTOMER SERVICE – FASTER THAN EVER
You will experience no change to the current road maintenance process and can continue to call the same phone number and send the same macro. Drivers have already experienced much shorter hold times on the phone, shorter delays at shop locations, and quicker response times.
We are excited to provide faster and better service to our drivers with no process change or inconvenience.
